I just got a keg fridge with a tap on top and i'm not sure if leaving beer sit in the tap all night, or at all, could make me sick. also it seems that when i start the flow from a sit still i get foam for about 3/4's of a pint, how do i avoid this? BTW its powered by a Co2 tank that it running at 7-8 psi.

  1. You should drain the beer out of the tap and lines.  When you get really crappy beer at an arena it's because they don't do that.

  2. Definitely slow down the psi. You don't want it shooting out of there. If the beer is kept cold and it's airtight then it shouldn't be a problem leaving it in there.
