Is this good and healthy? What does camomile tea do for me without saying fights infections.... And should i switch tea's

  1. Chamomile has a lot of beneficial attributes for your health. Apart from having antibacterial and antiphlogistic action, chamomile is also very relaxing, it reduces the period pains, cramps and helps recover from coldS while it is also known for its anticoagulant action and its ability to lower uric acid in your blood. All these are very good for your health and I don't see why change this habit unless you have an iron deficiency problem (because it is thought chamomile might affect iron absorption). But if you are seeking for another healthy option you can try green tea.

  3. camomile tea will calm your stomach upset, as well as calm you.  have you noticed it makes you sleepy?  it is best to drink in the evenings before bed.  morning teas:  green tea, ginsing tea, yerba matta tea, are all i think of right now.  experiment with different ones.

    perhaps get an herb book.  good luck.
