  1. Well according to the experts, that's what you need to get the benefits, but I don't know anybody who actually drinks 8 cups of milk.

    You don't need to drink 8 cups of milk to get the benefits.  You can drink milk, eat cheese, ice cream, yogurt anthing dairy.

  5. It is a little bit...High contents of fat..  Try skim milk or reduced to 3 cups a day.instead.

    If is calcium for you bones what you are looking for...there are many Calcium supplements out in the market..tha would work just as well

  6. Well, I'm pretty sure it's fattening, but if you want the healthy amount of milk, you should do what I do. I drink 8oz of milk for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. They tell you to have at least 8oz three times a day, but I love milk and I like strong bones and teeth, so I just drink one 8oz cup of milk during every meal and snack. So try it out and see if you like that. Good luck!!!

  7. IT IS VERY HEALTHY, HOWEVER, YOU WILL GAIN A LOT OF WEIGHT, CUT DOWN ON SO MUCH MILK AND DRINK SOME WATER IN BETWEEN.

Milk is a good source of calcium although some sources state that the calcium in the milk is not entirely bio available plus when it enters your body it leaves an acidic PH which may be harmful to your general health. However, it's all a matter of balance so try to eat alkaline foods to balance it out :)

    children  :2-3 years of age should get 2 cups of milk a day

                     :4-8 years of age should get 2 cups also    



       girls       :9-13 years of age should get 3cups of milk

                     :14-18 years of age should also get 3 cups

      boys      :9-13 years of age should get 3 cups

                    :14-18 years of age should also get 3 cups

      women :19-50 and over: should get 3 cups                

      men      :19-50 and over:should get 3 cups

          do you see what i mean................................

          so if you are drinking 8 cups a day you just were most

          likely thinking of water an adult human should get 8 glasses of WATER a day.

  14. well some people say that it doesnt matter how many cups of milk u drink... its still healthy, but its kinda fattening

  15. depends on what kind you are drinking-- skim milk and 1% are the way to go health wise because you still get the vitamins but without the fat. 8 cups does seem like a lot but if you like it and you eat healthy then i don't see anything wrong with it except your bones will be brick! haha hope that helped :)
