I'm on diet and trying to loose weight about 10pounds in one month (possible I thnik!!!), I don't drink tea and coffee at all! Only water or water with squeezed lemon juice. I don't drink fruit juice at all, because it contains a lot of sugar!

Is drinking just water good for me? I drink about 3liters per day.

  1. Yes.  That is good.

  2. Water is always good . . . but I am a bit concerned with why you are trying to lose so much weight in one month.  It would be best to try to lose 10 pounds over a timeframe of 3 months or even longer.

Also, make sure that you are getting enough vitamins and other nutrients.

  3. Of course it is healthy.

  4. Your doing the right thing. Lot's of water will help you eliminate body fat through your urin.

Your also right on in knowing that fruit juices are sugar and contain sugar as well.

I personaly like to have a cup of tea or coffee before my daily work-out. You may also find this to be beneficial.

    Good luck

  5. maybe drink some juice as well - like real orange juice etc.

  6. That is great. You might not need to drink that much all of the time but for starting a new weight loss regimine it is great. Drinking extra water will help curb the appitite and clense your system of a bunch of junk and toxins. It will may your goals easier to achieve by doing this.

Some people go as far as to fast for the first week. But basiclly any chage you make will help. This is a good one. Don't get too upset though cause as with all things we will see immediate results then we can plateau. Just keep it up until you reach your goals.

  7. you should drink a 1/4 cup of puppy blood to supplement the water

  8. Water is the absolute best thing you could possibly drink on a day to day basis.  Drinking a full glass of water when you start craving junk will actually help you get past the craving.  Once your belly is full you're less inclined to pig out.  Most people can't differentiate thirst/hunger pangs.  Fruit juices are okay once in a while, as long as they have no added sugars.  A general rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces per day.  For example, I weigh 110 pounds - so I should drink 55 ounces a day.  110/2=55    :o)

  9. WHAT ABOUT MILK??????????????????

  10. Why not try a refreshing Iced Green Tea with Peach every once in a while to switch it up? Linda for Bigelow

  11. thats really good!!!! u shud loose the weight faster

  12. Yes, absolutely drinking water is very good.

Drink juices once in a while & only those which have less sugar in them.

    Just don't overdo the drinking.

  13. great way to get healthier, water is excellent when detoxing your system however, 1)stay off the carbohydrates (flour mainly)it will stuff everything up 2) eat plenty of beef with veges(green and leafy)all rich in iron and 3) add orange juice to your water it will hold the iron in your system, you ll feel like running marathons, cheers

  14. Sounds perfect! we are supposed to drink atleast 2 litres of water a day. And water has always been around, so we survived for thousands of years on water alone before fruit juice was invented, and packed with all things bad for us! ;)

If you think you need more fruit, just eat it or squeeze your own juice... much nicer and healthier.

And I wouldnt try to lose weight so quickly... slowly and healthily is the best way.
