  1. Substitute with those packets you pour into water bottles. They even come in apple and orange flavors

    (check wal-mart)

  2. Drink something else instead or just keep cutting down on how many glasses you drink a day.

  3. mix the juice with water, and each week, make it more water, less juice.  I don't even like pure juice anymore, I prefer a glass of ice water or ice-T with a splash of juice in it.

  4. Add water to it, each time decrease the amt of juice and increase the amt of water, soon you will be weaned off juice

  5. i had same problem lol i loved juice :) just try to drink somthin with less sugar  and less sweetness then just move on to water!

  6. dont buy any juicE!!

  7. Drink less and less each day. Start with drinking 6 glasses for a couple of days, then 4, then 3, then 2, and then go to just drinking it occasionally.

  8. get those packets you mix with water, or you could try propel

  9. 1. Try drinking more water

    2. Try getting most of your fruit juice from a whole fruit.  For example, if you really like orange juice, try eating more oranges and just drinking more water.

    3. Check the ingredients: Stay away from stuff that has "high fructose corn syrup", or "10% juice".  And definitely stay away from "punches" and "drinks".  You want stuff labeled juice.

For orange juice: Tropicana, Simply Orange Juice, or Florida Natural is good

For apple juice: Try getting stuff not from concentrate because it's more refreshing (Martinelli's is good, so is Apple and Eve).  And, believe it or not, Martinelli's sparkling cider is actually healthier to drink than Mott's because Martinelli's is simply carbonated apple juice, while Mott's is concentrated apple juice.
