I am not sure how many gallons the car holds in the tank and I do not know how much gas the car uses per mile. I am not a math wiz and I don't know anything about cars... It would be nice if someone knows about these things...

  1. about a gallon and a half of gas. gas mileage is like 25 to 30 for that car but the getting up to that speed kills you and takes most of your gas

  2. That's a total of 140 miles. Fill your tank, drive the 5 round trips, fill it again, look at the pump, get the amount of fuel in gallons and there's your answer.

  3. You are probably using a little more than one gallon of gas per day.

  4. You have to figure it up, all vehicles are different. Here's what you do, it's easy. You fill your car up with gas and either set the mileage counter or just write it down so you will know how many miles you drove, then you drive it til it's almost on empty. Then you go fill up again. When you do, see how many gallons it took to fill it up. Take that # and the # of miles you drove and divide. The answer is your miles per gallon. For example, my car was 10 gallons and 380 miles, so my answer was 38mpg.

  5. I have a 99 Mazda Protege and I get around 25 mpg.  So, you are driving 140 miles to and from work each week.  That's about 5.6 gallons of gas per week.
