I droped my cell phone in the river how can i fix it?

i droped my cell in the river and some buttons dont work like when i try to lower the volume it turns speaker on and off and i gotta press the power button like 100 times for it to work

and the number 5 turns to 8

what do i do

Bring it to a place that retails your phone and carrier.  They might be able to help you.

Go to Ebay or something get a new phone it useless i have tried to fix mine but could not.  just make sure you check the ESN. sorry about you phone i no they ant cheap i brake one like every 8 months or something

lay it out for a while and let it air dry. try shaking it around a little and a little water should flick out of it. t might take a few days to ar dry but soon it will fix itself and work as good as new.

try taking the whole thing apart and letting it dry out for at least 24 hours

best thing to try is this...

open the cover, take the battery out. Leave it uncovered, place device in front of a fan. Leave it the device alone for 24 hours at least. After 24 hours reinstall battery, turn device on and see if it turns on. Its basically worth a try at this point. nothing to lose.
