I droped my phone in water its a blackberry what should i do to dry it and what do you think the chances are?

try taking the battery out and letting it sit on your tv overnight i've heard that plays a factor in helping it. now sure how though

just take the batter cover off and take all the stuff out the back of it(battery/sd card) and let it dry out and it should work.

When this happened to me, I opened up the battery compartment, removed the battery, & then let the phone & battery lay out to dry overnight. I was shocked when my phone worked the next morning. Hopefully yours will still work, too.

I had a phone that got wet after I got caught in the rain one day. All I did was take the battery out and sat the phone somewhere warm and dry for a little while and then when I came back to it, it began to work again. Depending on how bad the water damage was it might still work after drying it out. But I have known people that have said that after dropping their phones in the toilet they have had to get a brand new phone.
