I dropped a AA battery on accident under the hood of my car. Is it safe to drive?

I think it's behind the headlight, but it looks like its all connected down there anyway.

Shure even if it was to short the battery the AA I mean its voltage is so small and nill it would not hurt anything

umm no i wouldnt think it would be safe cause it could heat up and explode so try to dig it out

According to The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, if a battery can explode in a regular flashlight then it would reason that a battery left under the hood exposed to heat just might do the same.
