I dropped my BlackBerry 8310 and now it won't ring. What can I do?

Banker, I did as you told me and still nothing happens. It shows me the incoming call and it vibrates but it just won't ring. I have checked that it's in the right sound profile many times. And it's not on mute or anything. Thanks anyway.

Have you tried a battery pull? Pull out the battery and leave it out for 1 minute, then plug it back in. It will take the phone a few minutes to load up, but see if it works.

This may sound like a dumb question, but is your profile currently set to ring? It may be on vibrate.

try dropping it again on the same spot.... that works in hindi movies
