I dropped my phone in the bath tub and i cant get it to work now?

i dried it off right away and it worked for like an hour after that but then it started calling people on its own and leaving fuzzy sounds on the voicemails> how can i get it to stop doing that? plus i cant hear anything and people cant hear me but can still send and receive txt messages.

Let it dry out it takes about a week to dry out...then it will work like normal. take the battery out at night and let the water drain out...if u can still text its not destroyed hope this helps.......

lol i dropped mine in a public toilet before!!! yeah,  your phone has seen better days! you have to get a new one..

Wow I did that to my phone except it stopped working and wouldn't turn on so I got a new one.

Maybe it still has some water internally. Try using the blowdryer or (I haven't tried it myself) use rubbing alcohol on it. Rubbing alcohol apparently evaporates really quickly and gets rid of moisture. Best of luck!

take out the batteries,and put the phone in methylated spirits,that will make any moisture run off, dry off in a warm place
