I dropped my time warner cable remote and it the case came off can i get anotother one free?

I belive the first one is free after that they charge u some money Go get it replaced but becareful next time

yeah just take the old one in, say it broke, and they will give you another one.

Yes. Take the remote in to the Time Warner office (where you can pay your bill, pick up/return cable box, etc.).  Just say the darn thing broke on you and you have no idea what happened. They will give you a new one right there on the spot, no questions asked. Happens waaayyyy more than you know! Hope that helps. :)
