I dropped my xbox 360 controller on the floor and the LB button does not work?

it feels really loose and when I'm playing i have to press really hard and sometimes it doesn't work

go to walmart tell them you bought it there recently and it doesn't work and they'll give you a new one, it works with any game though in those conditions you need to have the original case it came with, i'm guessing you didn't keep the case for your conrtoller but as long as you give them everything it came with you shouldn't even need the reciept
