I dunno what to have for breakfast?

  1. 1 protein like Fish (good for brain) or Eggs (help you feel full).

    vegie like tomato or cucumber or mushrooms to go with protein

    1 fruit like apples they're proven to help you wake up.

    some calcium-rich food like small Yogurt with Amaranth(a  tiny round grain full of nutrients and amino acids).

    some carbs like Oats (low gi) or Wholemeal Toast with Ginger Marmalde (it will get rid of that lightheaded feeling and good's for digestion)

    some Natures Cuppa (natural coffee alternative it's tasty) or some Rooibus / Red tea (strongest tea around.

    Breakfast should be the largest meal of the day so Enjoy!

    its sunday spoil yourself with pancakes, eggs,bacon, toast, porridge with maple syrup.  Or if you cant be bothered just have 2 minute noodles or cereal with some OJ

  7. a fried sausage,a fried egg, bacon, fried mushrooms, grilled tomato, heinz baked beans, hash brown, a slice of black pudding, a dollop of tomato sauce and toast to clean my plate with.  I know not to healthy but you won't need anything else for the rest of the day and more to the point it tastes fantastic.

  9. Scrambled eggs with lots of cheese in them, toast with apple jelly, bacon, perhaps some waffles. Orange juice or milk is good with all of this.

  14. And all very fattening Andrew (above). Go for a healthier option like cereal or fresh fruit.

If it's cold outside then hot cereal mix from baby oats, vanilla soy milk, honey, brown sugar or splenda for taste, and microwave for a couple of minutes..  If it's warm, then cold vanilla soy milk over non fat granola mixed with raw pumkin seeds, raw sunflower seeds, dried blue berry and/or pine nuts sprinkled with cinnomon.  Add honey or splenda for sweetness as an option.  If you have banana, dice in half and save half for the next day.

    Pouch a couple of eggs in boiling water with some salt and olive oil.
