I eat 1 meal a day and a lot of water.. is this healthy?

i dont eat breakfast and rarely eat lunch, usually only eat dinner cause im not usually hungry..i drink A LOT.. about 12 pints of water a day..is this healthy?

    recently in Grazia (I think it had kate on the cover) there was an article about 'nearlyrexics', people who had roughly the same diet as you have. Maybe search for nearlyrexics on the internet if you are interested?

    Try to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, each with protien to fill you up and excercise reguarly to have a healthy lifestyle.

  5. You need to change your diet...soon...what you've listed is more like starvation. The water is a good choice..I drink a gallon and a half each day. However, you choice not to eat breakfast is the first mistake in you diet plan..if you really have one. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I eat seven meals a day and I'm never hungry...I don't eat because I'm hungry, I eat to fuel my body properly to be active. Food is not only the fuel for the body it's for your immune system...you know, the item that keeps you healthy...that's the first thing that will suffer from lack of food..which in turn puts you at a far greater risk of getting real sick or even picking up a disease process that your immune system usually fights off that you're not even aware of. You metabolism will slow to a crawl and even eating just that one meal may cause you to gain some weight...all you eat will likely be stored as fat because your body senses you may need it to survive. The body is an amazing machine, but it must be fueled to work for you. It can fail you and you're heading in that direction...try to eat small portions of food every three hours, five meals, two protein shakes and you'll be surprised just how good you start to feel. I could go on and on with this but it would sound like a lecture...take the advice of all who've answered...start a good food program..do it for YOU...it's your life and you control it.
