I eat Cheerios and Soy milk, with a fruit, melon, or what every fruit i have on hand, is that healthy?

This is my regular breakfast meal, wonder with all the hype these days is that healthy, cheerios are kinda a kiddie meal?

  1. It's a fine meal to start your day.  Cheerios are VERY heart-healthy, and soy milk is decent as well.

    And you're getting a portion of your 5-a-day.

    It's ALL good.

Along with all the other things previously stated you also getting the Omegas from the soya milk, antioxidants from the fruits the fibre from the fruit and oats in the Cheerios, and soya product are good for you digestive system and help promote healthy skin and bone as much as dairy milk if not more, you may be lacking in Vitamin D so buy a fortified soya milk it is better.

    I do the same, and on my hot oatmeal n the winter months I used Oat Milk and a natural cane extract, not filtered or processed type of raw sugar, a good warm start to your day, keep up the good work.

  3. It sounds fairly well balanced to me.

    I don't think it matters if the cereals are 'kiddie' cereals - as long as you are having a little bit of something out of each major food group, it looks like you've got it covered.
