  3. Mangoes increase body heat. I suggest you take a glass of milk( plain milk, boiled, no sugar or horlicks or whatever). Otherwise there is nothing wrong with eating mangoes.

    wonderful fruit nothing to do with mango. mangostens are common in SE Asia. very healthy, very high in antioxidants especially the skin.
