I eat alot and i am really fat i need tips who to control my self and to lose my weight?

plz i need help i need new ways who to lose my weight without suffering and how to control my food what kind of sports to do what kind of food i should eat how may hours should i eat between meals etc. plzzz help me before i kill me self with food

  1. you dont need to starve or deprive yourself.  

    for a workable diet  

    here is what my dietician suggests .  follow a practical diet. start

    your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your

    plate has this ratio - 50 per cent  veg, 25 per cent  carb.remember

    potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category,    25 per cent  

    protein.this will prevent cravings too.have a protein shake if you

    like too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours.

    fruit ideally berries,  or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides

    hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of

    veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is  permanent loss.  pick an

    exercise regime you like.  

    get a pedometer and  try to take 10,000 steps everyday.

    to prevent cravings, there are two ways:

    1. the reason you crave in the first place, is because something is

    missing in your diet. so do eat carbs, protein in moderation along

    with and vegetables.

    2. My dietician swears by Glutamine powder for reducing cravings and

    also improving nutrient absorption. if you crave, have a tablespoon of

    peanuts and drink water. it wards off cravings.

    I know that you wanted to lose weight without exercising but if you want real results, do it regularly, go to the gym spend atleast 30-60 min on the eliptical machines, lift some weights.  

    The more you exercise it sounds strange but it is true, your apetite will gradually go down.

  7. this worked for me i thought about what i would eat that day and i would take 30 percent of that food away of what i would eat that day i have lost alot of weight so just think of what you are gonna eat for that day and take of what you think is 30 percent of that food away and don't eat that 30 percent

  8. Slow down on fast food and start to exercise more ..like jogging,weights,and doing stretches ...don't take diet pills just a scam they  don't work.

    the sure fire way to lose weight is to exercise. you dont need to sign up to a fancy gym or buy expensive equipment.

    Running or walking for 30 minutes a day, push-ups and situps will work wonders.

    For the eating habits: as long as you aren't eating excessive amounts of one particular food group it shouldnt matter when you eat, although might i suggest three main meals breakfast lunch and dinner, with light snacks at 10 and 3.

  13. Simple Things:

    Stop ******' snacking. Especially on chips and candy. Maybe  some carrots, grapes, raisins or peanuts if you must snack.

    Carry water around with you. You'll find that when you think you're hungry just drinking some water fixes it.

    Do situps, pushups or life some dumbells while you watch TV and while you're trying to fall asleep (it helps you fall asleep too)

    Walk or bike to school or work.

    Join a boxing club.
