But I put ice on it right after I cleaned it out and I only ate a small piece do you think I will be ok because I dont want my tongue to swell up so much that I cant breath and I will have to take it out I dont want that to happen PLEASE HELP ME

Make a little salt water. swish it around in your mouth. This will get rid of the majority of the yeast, which is the only (slightly) problematic thing here. Your toungue will not swell up. Don't worry. Relax. Play some music. Google image those olympic swimmer guys (they're hot!). But whatever you do, don't worry, its O.K.
