  1. Some breads have only bleached flour and no nutritional value. Go for whole grain or light breads and whole wheat pastas. To curb a craving try filling up on lean protein like chicken, fish, tofu, and turkey. A dinner plate should be split up into into quarters: 1/4 grains, 1/4 protien and half should be veggies like  salad. Try eating this way and see what happens!
