that may be fake.

For some registry and boot purposes, it says all these.

But in Case if its true, try defragmenting or formatting it!

That's because of the operating system software and all the registry stuff etc.

thats the amount your system needs to work ,

try "windows" web site or if you have vista try "it's vista"

Depends on what you used to format the drive.  Find out who made the drive an do a google shearch.  Should be a formater that can be loaded off a cd an completely wipe the space.

to empty your hard disk completely, you need to "Format" it, not enough just delete files, because of operation system not allows you to delete itself.

It is because operating system is installed.You are using windows vista and it needs 10gb space on hard drive.
