Now I live in Sydney.I bought a collectible
figure from an online store located on
VIC.When placing the order it provided three
types of payment methods:direct bak
deposit,paypal and credit card.I chose the
first one that time.
I placed order and paid immediately via
direct bank deposit plus an email notifying
them that i havd paid the money.Cause it was
weekend,I waited for two day for their
reply.
However,till now I donnot receive any reply
from them.In the mean time i actively sent
approximately 5 emails,but all of them were
reported by the mail system as a failure in
delivery to the recipient(I suspected all
the email addresses are false).Today i made
a phone call according to the telephone
number on its website,but the system told me
that the number I dialled was disconneted or
unavilable.
Now my order status is still pending in
MyAccount on that website.
I cannot contact them via all methods
