I enjoy exercising during summer, what can i do to keep fit during winter season?

  1. Two thing I like to do are x-country skiing and snowboarding.  It doesn't seem like much of a work out, but if spend all day at the slopes your abbs and down get a real workout.

  3. Join the local gym. They could have very good equipment. If you dont want to do your exercize indoors you can go hiking in the woods. Snowboarding is surprisingly intense. I have a bunny hill beside my house. Me and a couple friends allways set up jumps and grinds and ride on those. All the shoveling and walking up the hill sure is good exercise.(especially when you have a full snow suit on.)
