I enjoy playing piano very much but...?

I can only play by ear. I am trying to teach myself to read notes but it's complicated to teach something you barely know. I have no money to afford piano lessons. I have a paper that tells me what notes are what but I wanna learn how to play full chord. How can I teach myself in an easier way because the way I'm doing it isn't very effective.

You should try buying piano books.

If you know a couple of notes, just count up slowly.

it's kind of hard to explain though, but if you don't really know the notes, write it down on the book and eventually you'll get  the hang of it

It would be fairly difficult to be self-taught at piano. What you basically need to know is the notes to get you started.

In the Treble Stave (top one, right hand)

the spaces are the letters 'FACE' going upwards.

For the left hand it's 'E G B D F'

sometimes known as Every Good Bird Deserves Fruit

In the Bass stave (bottom one, left hand)

The spaces are 'A C E G' (All Cows Eat Grass)

and the lines are G B D F A

Good Birds Don't Fly Away

You need to familarize yourself with the notes,

C D E F G A B C D E F G A B. ect.

I found that when I first started it was helpful to remember these little clues when note-reading,

and remember that chords are just the 1, 3, 5, 8 of the scale degree numbers.

Get a beginner piano book from a friend or a child or a second hand store.  If you can already play by ear, once you know how to read the notes, it will be a simple matter for you to build a chord.  It would also be helpful to take some theory.  What about doing something in exchange for piano lessons like gardening or child-minding or lawn mowing?  There might be a senior in your neighbourhood that could teach you.  Don't give up!!  If you have a natural ability to play do what you can to nurture and develop that to the best of your ability.
