  1. Listen to your recruiter.

I know how MEPS works. Its their job to find reasons to disqualify you. Do & say everything your recruiter tells you to. If he told you something wrong that could come back and bite you then he would be setting himself up for failure also because they would open up a MEPS investigation on him and he could get in serious touble. Just do what he says and dont worry.

  2. YOU are going to jail!

  3. Depends - did you SIGN the document that had all the no's marked?

    Edit:

Something to keep in mind is that this is your future that you are dealing with. While I seriously doubt that you would be put in jail for any of this. However, it may cause an issue with your security clearance which may cause you to be held over during training or at the very worst ineligible for your choosen MOS.

Typically the "send you to jail" part happens when you go out of your way to lie, not make a clerical error or have screwed up paper work.

While I would like to believe most recruiters have your best interest in mind I wouldn't recommend betting your future on things turning out how he tells you they will. This is your future here.

MEPS is not the enemy of recruiters. They are there simply to make sure you are 1) treated fairly and 2) policies are followed as they were meant to be.
