I ex unblocked me and imed me..?

im going onto 5 months pregnant and my ex ims me un-blocks me and tells me how much he hates the baby and texts me saying how much he hopes "it" dies, which im saving all of these to bring up in court! he unblocked me on aim and said "i ******* hate you" "i hate you" "answer me" "what did you do today" "whatsup" in that order.. i was at the mall so i didnt answer, but i got it when i got home and it seemed like he was getting nicer at the end so i said "hey" and he didnt answer hes away. do i need to keep going along with his harassment so i can say he tells me he hopes the baby dies, usually after i say hey back he goes on and on about how he hates me and "it" and i just say im sorry you feel like that or something to make him look bad. will this help me in court ? thanks!

it may or may not help, but on the real, how long have u been with ur ex??? do u think its in his characteristic to do such??? im not on his side, but u got to really look at the ordeal, i just went thru something like this, last month, with my son's father, and we was together for 4yrs, and when push came to shove, and i told him to stop callin/text, and told his mother about it, and she called him, he was gone to his sister n diff state, and left phone behind on base, his trifiling (ex)new girl was over visiting some of roomates, and wonder into room, and was doing all this **** from it.  Cuz she was wondering why he called 4times that previous night before he left, when he called her once, so if u know it def him, then save all the text, cuz he can hit reply back with a note, and edit ur text, if he is smart enough...so dont respond back no matter how much it hurts, cuz what cant break u, can only make u stronger.

Nothing will happen... freedom of speech. Unless he makes an actual physical threat towards you, not much can be done.

I had a boyfriend I was trying to get in trouble for verbally harassing. Even though they had tapes of him cussing and telling me he wanted to kill me.. nada

it may, defintely keep records of what he says and does, now and after the baby is born. be very detailed when you get the paperwork for child support, if full custody then notate that, and usually they grant both parents custody unless 1 parent is abusive- and proof of that. and make sure you notate what holidays you want baby, times( be very specific)

drop off times and locations or pick  up, if not at eithers home. the more specific and prepared you are the better chances you have of getting what you want!!!
