I exercised on my bike yesterday twice, an i feel really tired. should i wait until tomorrow?

  1. yes! you need to take it easy or you might pull something, overdoing it is nothing good, heh, every time i ride my bike, my butt hurts really bad!

  4. It's best not to take a brake even if you're sore. Your muscles will adjust once you start exercising, so you should be fine. Trust me, I was sore every day for a week when I started up wrestling, but once I took one day off I felt even worse the next day.



  5. 1.Make sure your getting enough sleep.

    2.Ride your bike on one day, get rest the next.

    When you exercise, your muscles get microtears, these tears heal and become stronger incase your body has to use them again, thats why you should leave a day inbetween each session of riding.

  6. exercise is great but in moderation, listen to your body you are exhausted yes you need to rest, good luck x
