  1. You should only have to get it reinspected if you fail your inspection. Then you get it reinspected.

    You will have to get it inspected. Most states require vehicle inspections every year or two. California requires a smog inspection every two years after the car is 4(?) years old, and whenever it's sold.

    Also Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, and Sweden and in Asia, Japan and China.


  2. Most new Vehicles are sold with a 2 Year Inspection....so in 2 years you get it reinspected and every year after that.

  3. if you are in california, yes- if you mean smog check= but the seller pays== otherwise check "car fax" to make sure about accidents or underwater damage from other states then dried out and sold elsewhere with the new car smell  spray=
