I f i am flying to india with to represend my company for 20 days how mush should get paid?

i work hourly with them i am will be there every thing is payed food and hotel trasportaion....

but still i am away for 3 week from my family they cant just give me my regular 40 hours right?

They pay for transportation, food, lodging, and your normal wages.  The trip shouldn't cost you anything, but you won't gain anything either.  Actually, it will cost you a bit.  I'm sure you'll buy some presents for your family while you're there.  I would.

Roger that!  You can check with your state's labor department, but I am sure you'll find you are not entitled to any overtime or anything like that.
