I failed a random UA 1 year ago with a big company,Now nobody will let me drive.I made a mistake,what do i do?

I made a mistake.I know.How do get back behind the wheel? I dont have any tickets,no accidents,i still have my CDL,i just got my new medical certificate.Who will take me now.The company i worked for said i have to wait 5 years to come back.

Lay off the weed and apply somewhere else.

Try a smaller independent company instead.

any chance they will keep you for a warehousing/depot job?  they can retest you in 3 months, while rebuilding confidence?  perhaps keep your time-in intact?

find a differnet company. you should be fine if the other places test you and you are neg.

My dad owned a truck driving company for years....private owns can over look a failed UA but big companies.. can't find a small business to work for ...they will take the risk to help you get back on your feet...you might have to take less pay but it is better than no pay and waiting five years
