Dronabinol (Marinol)

Ibuprofen; (Advil, Nuprin, Motrin, Excedrin IB etc)

Ketoprofen (Orudis KT)

Kidney infection (Kidney disease, diabetes) Liver Disease

Naproxen (Aleve)

Promethazine (Phenergan, Promethegan)

Riboflavin (B2, Hempseed Oil)

I'm assuming you're asking because you want to contest it. Most "wizz quiz" tests take into account for these "false positives". Even IF you are taking something that does give a false positive for THC, you're going to have an uphill battle contesting it.
