This started when i was 16 years old, now i am 19 and i still do it,''faint'' I could just walk up the street and all off a sudden i wake up with people talking to me and comforting me. I don't feel anything before I faint, but when i come around again, my head hurts really bad and i get a really high temperature and I start to have a panic attack, i also glare and i feel weak and tired. I have had ECG and MRI scans and heart scans but the doctors cant find anything wrong with me,, they have ruled out epilepsy, does any of these symptoms sound familiar to you, could you please let me know. thank you xx

  1. keep some amonia In  a Tiny bottle Every where you go & when you feel FAINT or dizzy, take a whiff of that, I do that, cus i feel faint of Health issues.

  2. There's no way to diagnose over a computer, but it sounds like either petit mal seizures or cardiac syncope.  You'd need a 3-D cardiac ultrasound and/or real-time cranial CT to detect the anomaly - and the seizure, if present, might not cooperate by showing up.

  3. Perhaps it's a sleep disorder called "narcilepsy". People just simply fall asleep, no rhyme or reason.

  4. vasovagal syncopy

  5. Some peoples nerves and blood vessels in thier brains are set to contract/expand if introduced to a sudden surge of adrenaline.  An example would be... some people are sensitive to the sight of blood.  it is most likely a visual trigger that you see when you are "walking up the street", but since you faint, your brain will not remember it.  That would explain the head hurting bad, and the panic attack.  IIt would also explain weakness/tired feeling.  There is no cure for it as of yet, only identify the visual trigger and keep away from it.  this is VERY uncommom though, you are only the third person ive seen in 14years to have this condition.  If you have any more questions, or any more problems, IM me at johnbacktun@yahoo.com

  6. It could be a problem with your blood sugar.  Have you ever had it tested?  Google "Low blood sugar symptoms" and see if the symptoms listed are similar to your symptoms.

  7. There's a condition my mom suffers from that causes her to pass out. It isn't something that you can find with MRIs or ECGs or cat scans, because everything that causes her to pass out happens BEFORE she passes out. Its happened to me a few times too. Its called "neurocardiogenic syncope." You can find a LOT of websites on it, and you should check them out. If it looks like a possibility then definitely talk to your doctor about it, I believe there is a medication to help prevent the patient from fainting.
