  1. take advil and jst sleep it off.

it usually works, if not you should see a doctor  in a few days

  2. Trust me you should lay down and drink water!

    ADDED....

I am 14 and have fainted over 7 times. Some people say they have a nice light feeling like their floating on clouds. But that's opposite for me.....fainting is horrible! My head gets so confused that is is painful. Once i was sitting down and i fell straight down to the ground and my forhead collided with tiled dround...i had a nmassive headache and a lump the size of a small european country.

I think that taking something such as a paracentamol (sorry for spelling) like panandol...is a bad idea....fainting is caused (to the best of my knowledge) because of a sudden loss of blood to the head...hence you feel dizzy when you stand up too fast...the worse it gets the more chnace you will faint. So taking a drug that thins the blood is not a good idea. I suggets you either sit and put your head ebtween your legs or just lay down for half and hour or whatever, depending on how bad it is!

Dehydration can cause fainting because of the above described reason. So please drink lots! ANd eat aome fruit or something to regain strength.

Going to see a doctor is a good idea....but i doubt it is too urgent...unless you don;t regain health soonish. You have to examine why you fainted as well. Many reasons have caused it for me.....from grating my thumb and concentrating on it, to putting an earing in a freshish hole, to inserting a tampon.

Sounds like fainting is bad for you too...if you need anything just email me....email in my profile!

    Goodluck!

  3. Sounds like a Vasovagal episode.

NEVER ignore fainting, it happens for a reason.

It may be low blood pressure, low iron, dehydration... or other things.

Its in your best interest to go to the ER.

For now, lay supine (flat on your back) with your legs elevated by some pillows and sip on some water. Do get someone to take you to the ER though.

  4. Since I don't know what's going on and can only guess, I can only responsibly advise you to call your doctor immediately, and get in touch with the emergency on-call physician, to get responsible advice about what to do next.

    Good luck!

  5. See your doctor for a general check-up ASAP.

  6. Going to the hospital and getting yourself checked comes to mind.

  7. I believe u r dehidrated. Drink some water.

  8. Pray

  9. The question is why did you faint? There are so many possibilities. Take a Gravol (to ease your upset stomach), rest and see how you feel in the morning then go to the doctor. If however you get worse call a cab, if your at home alone, and go to the hospital.

  10. Your iron is low and/or you have HYPOtension (low blood pressure).  You need to hydrate as well as eat iron enriched foods (ie spinich, red meat, etc).  Also...are you anemic?  And are you on your monthly cycle?  If YES, to both of these its imparative that you eat lots of iron enriched foods during this particular time during the month (women loose a great deal of iron during their monthly).  If you are anemic (get tested by physician) you might need to take some iron pills....Please consult your Dr first.

    Thanks
