The best thing to do is to talk to her.  Tell her you would like a relationshipw with her and if she feels the same way, then great!  If not, I am sure that she will tell you and at least you will know the truth and be able to move on with your life.  I wish you the best of luck.  You sound like a very sensitive guy:-)
