Question:

I f*cked up my diet real bad..?

the past 2 days. would fasting tomorrow correct some of it? and please don't say "just don't do it again" i have to correct it somehow or i WILL do it again. i thought tomorrow i would do some intense excersise , drink lots of water, and fast for the day. do you think that would erase some of the damage ? thanks

  1. i take care of my body. every morning i do sit ups. right now i can do 200.


  2. the exercise would be great but do not fast, ur body is used to taking in a certain amount of food and calories if u fast then ur body will learn how to manage with out as much calories, then when u go back on ur diet ur body will get all these extra calories and it will start storing the extra as fat and that would s***w up all that ur trying to aaccomplish

  3. Just eat right exercise but not like mega intense as that wont help do a moderate amount and like you said drinking lots of water drink 2 liters is how much your suppose to have but about3 if your exercising
