  1. It sounds like your cat has ingested something toxic. You will have to ring an emergency centre for assistance.

    How old is the cat?

What other symptoms is He/She exhibiting?

Has it been sick for any length of time, or has the malaise just appeared?

Is it a house cat or does it roam about the garden/neighbourhood?

Has it gotten into any cupboards or rooms where chemicals or pharmaceuticals are stored?

By "difficult breathing" do you mean that it is laboured or rasping?

  2. Call the emergengy vet in your area I would take your cat immedately!!!

  3. JASON......YOU CAN TAKE YOUR KITTY TO THE VET RIGHT NOW.........

THE MOST HUMANE THING YOU CAN DO FOR HIM OR HER IS TO LET YOUR KITTY GO IN DIGNITY.

WATCHING THEM DIE A LONG AND DRAG OUT WAY IS CRUEL.

    BEST OF LUCK

  4. EMERGENCY VET.  Really.  If you call your normal vet during off hours, their message or answering service should have a number you can call that they recommend.

  5. you should definitely take your cat to the nearest vet as soon as possible. you will probably find that your cat might have eaten something poisonous or could have picked up a virus from another cat.
