I feed my feebas all the blue poffins and its sheen is full but it wont evolve?

Plz how can I evolve it? Im dying to know. I even got a master rank beauty ribbon to see if that could help. Plz someone?

its nearly impossible to do it with poffins alone.  if you really want a milotic, catch a feebas in one of the older versions (ruby, sapphire, emerald) and feed it pokeblocks made from wiki or kelpsy berries.

check its nature, some feebas cant evolve because of their nature

to get feebas to evolve it must have max beauty and level ups. to check go to www.Pokemon.Marriland.com

I think you have to raise its beauty to the maximum, and then level it up. Then, it should evolve into Milotic.
