  1. not really

  2. I agree McDonalds food is horrible

  3. McDonald's has long been considered the Cadillac of fast food companies.  That pretty much commands that they can set their price a bit higher than the others.  But being the Cadillac doesn't mean that they are the best, you can find better, often for less.  One feature that MickeyDs has is that they are consistent.  A burger in LA is the same taste and quality as one in Maine, although you cannot get a lobster sandwich from MickeyDs in LA. You might look around to other chains line In N Out, or Bugger King or look at some of the independents.  BTW, the smaller portions is a way to either increase profits or hid a price increase because they are reducing their cost.

  4. I agree with you.

  5. McDonalds is awesome.  The double cheese burger for a buck is hard to beat anywhere.  You can get 4 double cheese burgers for 4 bucks.  Tell me that won't fill you up.

  6. Can you even think of another place that's cheaper?  Most places I know charge $8-15 for a burger!

  7. McDonald's is a total ripoff and nasty food to boot! Have any of you ever noticed the meat doesn't taste like beef? Especially if you take the bun off!  Oh well, don't eat there anymore for years! n

  8. All fast food places over charge if you think about it. The cost of making food at home will always be cheaper.

Eating at McDonald's will only make you obese, anyway, so why even eat there?  c**p isn't even that good (although i have fond memories as a child).

  9. always

  10. I think you are wrong.McDonalds  charges great prices.I mean think about it,what other fast food place serves delicious food for $1.Not including Wendys, and Burger King.

  11. i only go there was every couple months as a treat always find it very reasonable and nice serving

  12. Price is same for eat-in or take away.  I feel that all fast food restuarants and restaurants in general are overcharging these days as the level of service has decreased as has food quality and quantity is sub-standard in the US.  I do not mind paying for food as long as the service and quality are there, and actually fast food delivers better than most restaurants today.  So no, I do not think McDonalds overcharges. Businesses are in business to make money, not lose, and all retaurants have extremely high overhead, add in high cost of fuel, electric , legal feesand water and insurance and there you have it.  If pople would stop suing restaurants for their own stupidity it would help also.  It is absurd that restaurants must notify you that items served hot are hot and to be careful. Waste of money, time and disclaimers.

  13. Every food place overcharges...that's how they make money. I definitely think they should downsize their meals...I mean have you seen the caloriess?? wow

  14. total rip off, shame on them for encouraging small children to eat there .happy meals with toys should be banned!!!!!!!!

  15. it used to be a dollar for a sandwich and fries... now its five dollars for that same foood

  16. Its not worth the money spent there to get a heart attack!! The food there is  so bad in taste and in health so why bother?? Save your dollars make your own lunch!

  17. I just think Mickie D's is a bad fat food (fast food) place overall. I don't think they overcharge, but their food is loaded with calories  and fat.

  18. Vote with your feet then and dont eat there !!!!!

  19. Depending on what you choose to eat prices can vary of course.

Don't feel embarrased to say "Are you sure thats right?" as its an employers job to not only serve a customer but help one too.

An employee at a cashier must also ALWAYS repeat the order back, so both the customer and employee know that the order is correct. If it isn't just say so -it can easily be deleted off the screen.

I agree that prices have rised especially here in Australia. Where I live [QLD] a Happy meal is $4.25 where in other countries its $2.00-$3.00

  20. uh not for their dollar hamburgers. but for their meals, yes.

  21. I agree, when I go there its seems like I spend 6 or 7 dollars for a value meal...no "value" there.  It seems more reasonable to go to a "real" restaurant and pay 9 or 10 dollars...you get more and its better food.

  22. I think McDonalds (and all the places like them) serve reconstituted c**p, in cardboard containers, with plastic cutlery.  I wouldn't eat that S**t anyway.  Why do you, if you don't like the price?
