I used to always take showers before even steeping outside or in the front room, I was a very thorough person. Doing my hair nicely and neatly, putting on makeup, and make sure I have a nice outfit. But now, I haven't took a shower for about a week and 1 day now. I feel depressed because I really don't have any where to go so why take a shower when I don't have anything to do for the rest of the day? Ya know? I've gotten to wear I fit none of jeans anymore and now my mother gave all of them to my sister, not I'm stuck with one pain of sweats and pajama bottoms, and I'm afraid I'm not going to have any clothes before the first day of school and its becoming so stressful. My whole entire enery is just gone. Is there anything helpful I can do. SERIOUS ANSWERS ARE MORE THAN NEEDED.

  1. motivation follows action, not the other way around. is it just showering or lots of other stuff?

  2. come on girl ,, you should take a shower at least so u don't get skin infections and then you will be forced to stay at home until they heal.

what with the clothes issue ,, girl don't be shallow, ofcorse people likes to look good in a good outfit but if you can't afford new ones that doesn't means the end of the world ,,,

come on cheer up ,, i am sure you are cleaver enough to get out from this situation

  3. Easy fix, take a shower you might feel a little happier, I know I would.

Take a shower so you feel better/smell better and for other peoples benefit, I never have s'it to do I still wash.

  4. Firstly a shower only takes fifteen minutes (at most) of your time, in that fifteen minutes you are getting rid of any bacteria that have accumulated on your skin, so make it a priority.

Secondly as your mother has decided to give your clothes to your younger sister suggest to her that you go shopping for some more clothes, that way you get out of the house, into the sunshine somewhat and get some nice clothes for school.

Thirdly while you are out shopping buy yourself something nice for school, a bag or pencil case - something special.

Fourthly see if you can take up some interests outside of the home so that you are able to get out more and get some fresh air.
