So, I'm 5.9/5.10 and I feel huge for my weight because I am. I need to loose weight and I don't know how. I'm fourteen, and I want to slim do drastically because I feel really unhappy with my body shape, does anybody have any handy tips to loose weight? I have a fairly big chest and a lot of muscle but I still feel huge. And does anyone know roughly the average weight for someone my height? I can't go to the gym because I'm too young to go alone. I'd rather do something at home or around home. Any ideas?
