Question:

I feel huge, and fat and I have to loose weight. Help?

So, I'm 5.9/5.10 and I feel huge for my weight because I am. I need to loose weight and I don't know how. I'm fourteen, and I want to slim do drastically because I feel really unhappy with my body shape, does anybody have any handy tips to loose weight? I have a fairly big chest and a lot of muscle but I still feel huge. And does anyone know roughly the average weight for someone my height? I can't go to the gym because I'm too young to go alone. I'd rather do something at home or around home. Any ideas?

  1. Most girls your age are quite self concious about their weight, and at times we all feel huge.

    A healthy range of weight for your height is 125-170.


  2. I weigh 12 stone and i'm you're height.

    perhaps an inch smaller than you are.

    I'm size 12/14.

    Ive started doing sit ups which really help,

    increasing them as i feel ready too.

    Eating food you enjoy but in small portions help you loose weight.

    perhaps buy fitness videos and the matts for at home.

    Go for walks, runs.

  3. I myself tried weight watchers and was really hungry and only lost 5 pounds after spending a lot of money on their products. I ended up using Herbalife products which were cheaper and I lost 30 pounds and it has stayed off still 3 years later!   4. get exercise videos, or free-weights (nothing too heavy, i use between 5 to 10) a mat, and an exercise ball. There a lot of books you can get to teach you at home routines. good luck =)

  5. your average weight for your height is around 145-150. 100 pounds for the first 5 ft, and 5 pounds for every inch after that. you have a lot of muscle so you could weigh a little more than that and be healthy. I wanted to lose weight and i lost 15 pounds in a month by going fast walking for one hour around my neighborhood and eating healthy during th weekdays. on saturday and sunday i ate what i wanted, but no soda. drink lots of water and your weight loss will increase. good luck!!

  6. someone told me this trick and its healthy, its fast, you don't need a lot of energy to do it, and its fun!

    here's what you do: find a wall that you can stand straight rright inffrontof it, so your back, heels, butt, and the back of your head is touching the wall. breath in through your stomach as much as you can. then breath it out as quick as you can! this flattens your belly, chest, and face.

    to loose it off your legs, stand as high on your toes as you can (this helps if your in ballet! ;)-lol)  while doing this, bend your legs so your toes are the only things on the ground. your legs should be bent and your arms should be dangling from the sides.

    you can do these tricks for as long as you want... the longer, the better. but not too long. i normally do a half hour each... with a short break in between. this is an old Chineese trick and i would love to see you share it to others! i hope i helped and i hope you feel good about yourself no matter what others say :)
