I feel jealous to one of my collegue....

What I do? He is growing professionaly like anything...but not my self...I want to grow my self but somewhere lacking something....help me pls...

Give up jealousy and praise your collegue. Keep positive mind and do right efforts with patience. Gradually you will also attain success. God bless you to acquire right thing.

Use you jealously to your advantage.  It looks like this could be a good motivating factor for you to excel yourself.  You are not lacking anything but need a little direction. Find out how your co-worker is gaining the knowledge professionally.  Is he taking classes? reading a lot about the company and business?  If you surround yourself with successful people, you become successful yourself.  There's really no reason that you cannot become a better person professionally.  I wish you the best of luck.
