Question:

I feel light headed after i work out...why is this?

especially in a lighted area...do you think it could be my sugar dropped or something...i play basketball then lift weights...any help would be appreciated

  1. You overwork your body compared to what you intake. Your body is trying to replenish nutrients and your are not giving it.

    Drink some powerade, gatorade or a banana after basketball. That will supply needed for the weights and a protein shake after the weights. You will feel better and get good muscle.
