I've been feeling a bit weird for the past week; like my stomach would start cramping and I would feel horrible. So, I went and took a nap four hours ago because I've been feeling super tired; I just woke up and I feel HORRIBLE. I feel extremely dizzy, light-headed, eyelids heavy, and I feel like I'm not completely here. I'm kind of scared. I don't want to lay down because it's going to make me go asleep and I don't want to go to bed; but then I feel half-awake sitting up. What can I do? I used to get this feeling years ago and it feels like it's returned.
