Alittle bit ago, I started having these very unusual dreams that really have been taking an effect on my life. Every dream seems more and more realistic. I can't wake up without knowing what's fiction and reality. I'll dream of being awake, living my normal life. I'll dream of going to sleep, and waking up, all in my dream! I'll dream of different dimensions, and it has been scaring me to a far extent. Please, I need an answer to why I am having these dreams, and if anyone else has had them too. I really just need some explanations because I feel that I'm on the verge of going crazy.

  1. go to dreammoods. com or better yet, see a therapist. they'll help you, they really will. trust me.

  2. i have those to rarely but they really anooy me

  3. try watching movies maby the shows might take over your dreams or try to think of something befor u fall asleep, more info might help for a batter answer, but thats all i can say really.

  4. Try to forget them, that is wat i do, but i think u should c a phyciatrist

  5. We all have dreams like that! I had a dream of the future and the next day what I saw in that dream really happend! I had dreams of really strange thing, disturbing things, and dreams from my past, but the thing is it's just dreams! Maybe you have a great fear and it comes in your dreams. It's just your brains doing its thing. No one knows how dreams work or why but it just does! So it's just dreams nothing much! If you're having the same dream over and over again and it disturbs you, maybe talk to a Therapist and he/she might help, but if you're just scared of the dream than it's nothing to be afraid of because it's just dreams

  6. not an expert....One thing I notice about me is I have the same thing happen to me when I sleep with the tv on! If that'ss not your case, if you have insurance maybe you should seek the help of a professional! Serious question there and if it makes you fell that strongly, seek the help of an expert.....Good luck!!!!!

  7. i believe dreams are just dreams, don't take them seriously

  8. i advise you talk to a psychiatrist. or get a strong sleeping aid, it will make you sleep deeper so you don't dream

  9. We all have these kinds of dreams but if they are getting more intense then u should see your doctor.

  10. you dream about the last thing you think of before you go to sleep.  If you think about these dreams you will keep haveing them.  instead of thinking of the present before nighty night, remember the past, when you were a lil tod. try it.

  11. I'm not sure why you are having these dreams, but to help out with the confusion right the date you feel asleep on, so when you wake up you will look at it and no what was fake and what was real.

  12. well if it keeps up you can go to a doctor that specializes in what your dreams mean how to overcome them..im probably not helping too much

  13. I wish I could give you advice. But you're not alone in this. I have similar dreams where, when I woke up and recalled them, I wouldn't be sure if they were memories of things that really happened. But something would always be a little out of place so I could figure out that it was a dream. I don't have them very often though.

I've had nightmares that took place in my actual living space, which is unusual for me. I have a dream world, where the places usually look the same all the time -- the school is always a combination of the schools I've attended, the mall is always the same, etc.

The ones that freak me out happen when I got to sleep, and in my dream I wake up and go about my day, and then I really wake up.

I wish I could tell you why it happens, but I'd like to know why too. =/
