E.g yesterday I went to a friends party and played trampoline fighting (don't ask) and when I got home and tried to sleep I still felt like I was still trampolining. I also felt really dizzy. I got squashed on the head if that has anything to do with it. This sort of thing has happened to me all my life but I've started noticing it more and more since 2 years ago. I'm 13.

  1. you may have a inner ear infection.  is it affecting your walking

and when you sit up.  how about when you are driving, do you

have a hard time keeping the car in the road.  you need to go

    tothe dr.  janetta.

  2. Get your mum to take you to the doctor- sounds like an inner ear infection.

  3. Don't worry - this is quite normal ..... It is your body still feeling the sensations that makes you feel like this. I'm not sure why it happens, but it happens to all of us at some time or another.

Being "squashed on the head" has little relevance, as you say this has happened all your life.

So, don't worry and carry on enjoying yourself!

  4. I would say it's to do with the movement - like when you get off a boat you still feel like you're rocking for ages.

  5. I don't have a logical answer, but I believe that we all have some, uh issues like that ( not necessarily what you have). For example, I have constant migraines and moments where I sort of have an outer body experience (quite frequently). Then there are moments where suddenly I become too weak to even lift my arms. I know of no probable reasons for these occurences.

  6. I think that this is normal, especially if you have been doing a lot of physical activity during the day.

Two hours before going to bed do something that is relaxing like reading a book, listening to some soothing music, taking a bath or something that doesnt require a lot of activity.

Then take some hot chocolate or warm milk or something that will help you to relax.

Or you could try meditation just before going to sleep.
