  1. eat some home made fruits, here have an apple...;;), I kept this since my stepdaughter almost died


  2. eating small amounts of sugar isnt bad.

    its when you stuff your face with sugar that adds on poundage.


  3. buy a small package of cookies, then you cant eat a whole big package, like i would. lol. and you can always do a little extra at the gym to burn it off.

    but when you crave sweets try to stick with fruits, like strawberries. I eat strawberries with low fat sour cream and a little sugar or sweetener when i feel like something sweet.


  4. Listen to your body, it needs sugar. Have some, just not alot.

  5. try some low fat cookies. dammit now i want cookies.

  6. Go for it, as long as you still do your routine.

    I love cookies and cakes, especially freshly baked ones from my lovely Betty up there!

  8. i just baked a fresh bash of oatmeal cookies they are warm and good.my husband is out tonight. so you could have some if you like.

  10. If your working out It doesn't matter what you eat as long as it is small amount work it off and your alright besides you need a splurge every once in a while.
