I feel like fainting, gets heartache, wanna die. Does that mean anything?

When I look at this person, this person says "I'm scared, I wanna faint...Get heartache...I wanna die..."

What does it mean?

Sounds like anxiety and panic attacks... I used to get them when my life was not the best, lets just say I had lots of problems and was very stressed out. I dont have them now so thank god for that. What I can tell you is that some people will rush to a doc and the doc will proscribe medication. I never used the stuff because I did a lot of research on the subject and my own research convinced me not to take medication, my friend that has the same panic attacks took medication and right after she stopped taking it all of the anxiety and panic attacks have come back plus she also messed up her stomach from the medication.
