  1. maybe depression:(

go to the doctor just to be sure.. im not an expert!! :)

  2. You're depressed.

First of, think of what could have triggered this.

You mentioned a friend passing away, that was probably a very traumatic time for you. Is it this that is still bothering you? Or has something else happened?

Try to work out what it is, but dont panic if you can't. Sometimes the reasons for being depressed are so unconscious that you dont know what they are.

Talk to someone about the way you're feeling. Often just talking can take a lot of the bad feeling away. A close friend or a family member is the best choice. Someone who wont judge you or make unhelpful comments.

Try to keep a diary of how you're feeling and when, if it gets better, jot this down, if it gets worse ditto. Try to make a record of what you're doing when you feel worse or better. Use this to help you keep as upbeat as possible.

Also, depression is quite a serious thing to have, so you might want to see a doctor or a therapist who can help you talk over things. He/she might decide to prescribe you some mild antidepressants to take some of the bad feelings away or give you some exercises to try at home. Dont feel ashamed at going to the doctors for something like this, they see this kind of thing all the time and aren't going to judge you for anything you say because they're paid to listen and be sympathetic.

Try surrounding yourself with people who care for you, boyfriend/girlfriend, parents, siblings, friends, cousins?

Go out with them and do something you enjoy to try and take your mind off feeling down. It might be best if you explain to them beforehand your feeling a bit low so they are sympathetic if you're not acting your usual self.

Most of all remember: you wont feel like this forever. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, however dark it might seem now. Try thinking of happier times you've had in the past and how many happy times you'll have to come. Take it easy for now until you're feeling a lot better and you'll find that a lot of people will care about you and help you to get back to your normal self. I hope I helped :D

  3. Does it feel like when you walk that your droopy and almost hazy like in a dream. That happened to me for about 15min. Its a freaky feeling. I think you should try sleeping in or seeing a shrink. Maybe something is bothering you.

  4. oh! I guess all of that just happens because of your friend that passed away.. Is he a close friend of yours? if yes, that is the whole reason..

(i guess).. That sometimes happens on me.. you don't know what's happening to you.. TRY TALKING TO YOURSELF ON A MIRROR AND ASK YOURSELF WHAT'S HAPPENING TO YOU... this might help..

  5. It sounds like a symptom of Depression.

I would see your doctor to see if there's anything he can prescribe.

If not, perhaps change your eating habits, do some more exercise.
