  1. definitely NOT!!!!  actually you have not consumed enough calories.  you probably took in about 800+ calories.  the average woman needs about 1200-1800 calories.  you ate some good food but not enough healthy food.


  2. no. you just ate the wrong things. Way too many carbs. Try eating some more proteins and whole grains like lowfat yogurt, oats, nuts, fruits, tuna, salmon, chicken breast, and green veggies. Youre eating terrible things.
