I am no master astrologer, but I would think you should look for the answer in the placement of Saturn and it's aspects.

I have the same sun and rising...as a teenager, I found these qualities very confusing and it took some time to actually really find out who I was and then I was able to 'blossom' as a person....

physical activity, time out in nature, meditation,.....these really helped me to 'see' who I was as a person and also how to 'project' it to others (in a positive way of course...lol)....

Now I find that I am a true Sag and a true rising capricorn as well...hope that made sense...lol...but seriously,...a lot of time to myself to ponder these things and even a little character study of others helped me a lot...I am not 'set in stone' either...I can change with the seasons and evolve...i can manage to fit into most situations seemlessly as well...but that also took a great deal of practice to be able to do this with ease and comfort!
